Picking up on an earlier point I don't think it is that unusual for a game to be delayed for some reason eg traffic problems for team or supporters.
I can remember a game away at Carlisle a few years ago which must have kicked off around 3.40 pm. I certainly had to leave shortly after the second half kicked off to run to the station to ensure I got home that night. It was the same day England won 5-1 in Germany.
I also have a memory of a home game where we were not allowed into the ground until quite late due to pitch inspections. I am not sure if the kick off was delayed though. My recollection is that it was against Barnet and we were being allowed into the Willbutts Lane to experience the new stand. |  | | |

Beesley has a 1 on 1 with the keeper & hits it tamely at him. Well on top although they have had a reasonable number of attacks. Both sides look better up front than at the back. genuinely 3 points there to be taken if we can keep attacking them rather than hang on to what we have | | | |

Kelly had a nightmare 2 minutes. 1st he misplaced a back pass that put their guy through but he made a real mess of the cross. Then he lost the ball again in midfield which led to the chance that was disallowed. In fairness he has played some good balls going forward. 1-0 at HT and we deserve it over the 45. There have been a few other errors at the back which may be down to the heavy pitch. If we can cut out the mistakes we have a great chance of the win. Entertaining 45 minutes so far | | | |

And we get punished by not being more clinical in the first half. 1-1. Clumsy challenge by O'keefe in the box. Our keeper saves it but there forward follows up & scores the rebound. Other than 1 good effort you could see we had come out to be a bit more defensive
