Awful goal to concede. Poor pass out of defence by Dorsett. They punt it route 1 into our box. Taylor seems to lose the flight ( or it's a perfect punt) & it falls to their player who slots it home from a tight angle
Edit: Double sub. Done & Cashman on, White & Odoh off. Bit surprised with the latter who was having a good game [Post edited 8 Dec 2021 21:16]

Finished 2-1: They have deserved it since their equaliser. Looked like we would get our customary draw, but a 92nd minute goal costs us. They ran straight at us & Dorsett put in a good tackle in the box. Their forward mishits a shot but it hits EOC, wrong foots everybody & their guy has a simple tap in

The turning point of that game was the nonsensical substitute of Odoh (who was up against a player on a yellow card) & bringing on Done who is practically incapable of doing anything.
Taylor has had a shocker tonight and it’s cost us dear.
Dorsett was absolutely outstanding and the best defender on the pitch by some distance.
Another gut wrenching & frustrating result, but we’re another day closer to January when hopefully RS can do some business. | | | |
