Really fascinating video. Have always been massively proud of the club's community work, but didn't realise we had someone specifically tasked with this side of things: really helps explain why we were so incredibly proactive around Grenfell.
Anyone who watches this and still doesn't understand why roles like Pablo's are important, or what it brings to a club like ours, needs their head examined. Massive respect to Pablo and all the people working with him. [Post edited 12 Dec 2023 18:12]

It also allows you to be in a position where toilets can be utilised more.
Imagine having two people wanting the loo. You can either label your loos male an female and have one stood outside waiting for the other one to empty despite the fact there is already an empty loo...or they can just be used at the same time.
