Got there in the end but I have no idea how. Availability flashed up, but would only let me get one ticket. I put that in my basket and then was told everything else had sold out. But then I looked at another single ticket for the boy and managed to secure that. Unfortunately they are around 4 rows apart so we might have to join the masses of "We sit where we want", etc, etc.

Yeah was on at 12.50 and wasn't an option to select them, then appeared as "choose another event" couldn't get through on the B.O, was on hold for 15 mins.

Don't think anyone's moaning about loyalty points and of course those who go to the far flung ends of the land should get priority?
It's more like the online system isn't very clear - should just come up "sold out" or whatever rather than making you think you are in. This ain't Oasis. [Post edited 27 Mar 13:47]

Agree with clubs decision on fans with most loyalty pts first and with 20% general sale but disappointing that could get a simple process right today, as others have said I was online at 13.00 and they randomly appeared on sale after I refreshed around 13.15. |  | | |
