Just did a predictor thingy...gave us a measly one point for a 0-0 v Swans, put 3-0 defeats down for both the last two games, and erred on the side of generosity to those around us.
I ended with Plymouth bottom on 40, Cardiff second bottom on 45, and we stay up on 47 thanks to a superior goal difference to Luton.
It cheered me up a bit seeing everyone else's fixtures - lots of the teams naturally playing each other, and plenty facing at least one of that strong top 4.
I can see why Marti played the percentages yesterday, and settled for keeping that 5 point gap over Cardiff.
Expecting maximum pragmatism from hereon in, and the onus on a strong defence, in the hope of eking out 3 more draws. |  |

And if Oxford and Hull wins y'day helped them in that respect, Pompey and Derby both lost ground with defeats. While by drawing, Stoke and Cardiff (or Luton) made no progess either, and now have one game fewer to do so.
