Who will be dropped from the 9 man bench to make way for Hayden's return on Wednesday? I think Kolli did enough on Saturday to give a matchday squad place, but things will get difficult when Poku and Vale are available.

Mmm I'm thinking more that we're developing players to sell for money, I see Varane the first one off, there was reportedly interest in him in the Summer and we have replacements in Field and Hayden.
It may seem controversial but Dembele had his best game for us on Saturday and if we can help him develop more then he may well be in demand and command a decent fee.
The Eze money has all but been spent, we have to become a club that develops and sells to give us FFP headroom, we have a squad now which on paper gives us room to sell a couple of players for decent money. [Post edited 25 Nov 9:00]

Well that depends how serious the reported offer was for Varane in the Summer, we currently have him in the shop window and have more than adequate replacements in Field and Hayden waiting in the wings. | | | |

cant see us getting much for smyth 500k max
field 2/3 million was an ever present now can barely get 5 mins , cant work that out esp when varanne is playing porrly at the moment , | |

Dembele needs to do it consistently. I think he had better games just after he signed, stringing some fantastic performances together before getting injured and dropping off a cliff. Needs to maintain that level from last week. My concern on him stepping up a level is his lack of pace and physicality. Think he could get lost in the Prem. |  | | |
