I was in the queue from about 9:15 but when I got to to the front of the queue everything broke and I wasnt allowed to get any tickets. Couldnt get back on till about 9:50 and am now working my way back through it (3000 ahead of me as it stands).
Same thing again - waited for 40 minutes then got bunged out at the end!
My son (who is a season ticket holder) also had some issues earlier in the week.

As aged season ticket holders of plastic cards ( we don’t have need for a modern mobile phones ) my mate and I attended at St Mary’s yesterday morning at 09.30.
There was a queue of about fifty people in front of us at the ticket office which only had two windows open.
It took until 11.30 to obtain tickets which will have to be collected from the Wembley ticket office on match day.
How a club with the size of our fan base thinks that it’s a good idea to have a three window porta cabin in a car park as a ticket office is beyond me. Perhaps they have spent all our money on Level One or whatever it’s called ? [Post edited 16 Apr 10:51]

Same with me waited from 9.15 to get a ticket for my partner and when we got in it wouldnt let us buy anything. However we had 2 phones and 2 laptops going at the same time 2 with her app and account details and 2 with mine buying hers as friends and family which worked straight away so Couldnt buy hers with her details even though she’s a member with 2 games had to buy hers through me .

From my experience in the past it's definitely far easier and more stable to use a pc or laptop than a phone to book wembley tickets.
I just went on there and selected some tickets, went through the booking procedure with no problems. It's just volume of people on there that causes a lot of the issues. Quite often people will select seats and then change their minds so seats often pop on and off.
There still seem to be a lot of tickets available and I'm sure more will be released.
Having sat in the top deck before, because if the design the view is great, although a bit unnerving if you don't like heights and sit in the first row. | | | |

Aged? I assume from your user name there's a decent chance you're still in your 40s. I bit young to be saying smart phones are not for you lol.
I logged on at 9:25 (on one of those pesky portable telephone things) and had two tickets purchased by 9:45.
Seems a bit easier than having to queue outside for hours. |  |

My daughter got a couple with about a 20 minute queue. Not sure if she had much choice of seats but they're up in the God's somewhere I think |  |

The 1976 part refers to May 1 1976 when I was at Wembley to see Bobby Stokes score the most famous goal to date in the club’s history.

I’m hopeless at this kind of thing so left it to my wife, I told her behind the goal and half hour later we had 4 tickets behind the goal, she forgot to get kids ones though so 2 tickets over paid for. |  |
