Read a quite interesting post yesterday that TE is just slightly correcting the team set up that WS had planned. Using fast wingbacks in Fellows and Manning and after losing Stewart to injury using Armstrong as almost a false 9, dropping deep as required. |

I agree. Gave an honest review. Unfortunately he fell into the Claude Puel category at Saints, both managers who started on the back foot because their style of play was at odds with the fans' idea of how the club should play.
Jones didn't help himself with his bizarre post match interviews that just invited ridicule. If he had spoken as thoughtfully as he did yesterday, he might have bought himself a bit more time.
I'll never forget that he managed to beat Pep in the cup and arguably deny Man City the quadruple that season. |

I'm all for giving Still a chance but this loss is 95% on him. Missed chances make up the other 5%.
Wrong subs cost us the game. I get that you don't want to risk Scienza for a full game ATM but unbalancing the team and then pitching a kid on into a key position when the flow of the game is against you was just stupid.
I'm guessing that there already may be some issues in the dressing room with key experienced players missing from the bench. |

Yes. They scored but goal was disallowed for a foul on McCarthy. SU player had an arm wrapped around him. Give the ref his due as he did well to spot it in all the Goal mouth shenanigans. |

We aren't really playing like a team. Today it was difficult to see which side had spent £50 million on players. Murphy was easily the best player on the pitch. Fair result but a bit embarrassing tbh. |

I think he's shown, as he did at Swansea, that he can adapt his principles. Quite happy with him claiming otherwise after a win. Leeds were duff but we looked good for most of the game. |
