I can see why people would want this but you're still left with the problem that Wrexham didn't qualify for the play-offs and that won't change unless 1 of 2 things happen. Either
1) We are given a big points deduction for this year (which hasn't happened), or
2) They change the rules of the competition in the middle of it (which won't happen)
and before anyone says it, no the EFL haven't changed the rules to throw us out. They have done a lot wrong, but they haven't changed the rules.
Unless you have 1 of the 2 things above, Wrexham just don't qualify. |
I think I see your point, but by the same token Boro lost the semi and didn’t qualify for the final.
Seems to me that we should be treated either as out before the playoffs start - in which case logically 7th comes in - or kicked out from where we actually got to which is the final - so Hull go straight through.
This scenario, where Boro just move forward to the final doesn’t make any real sense. |  |

The Telegraph are saying our pre match meetings would include mentions to information taken from "the opponents training ground". Our staff thought this was a massive joke and would send memes about it in groupchats.
The "didn't know the rules" excuse does not wash either. One analyst, staff member, or higher up would've mentioned. Leeds spygate made it known this wasn't on previously. [Post edited 19 May 22:47]
