Did he know he was a left back all along and if so shouldn't he have mentioned it earlier?

Seems like such a difference. Weirdo.

He's had his critics on here, some of it harsh imo. Handy player to have.

Totally bizarre how a right-footed player can be so incompetent at right-back yet competent at left-back. The difference is night and day.

He looks like he's been playing LB all his life. His movement and crosses cause havoc.

Witchcraft.

Of the 13 or so left-backs we have at the club currently, he's playing the best!

massive turnaround - seems to attack more on the left - especially with Hoilett on the left. Didn't work quite so well when Phillips kept switching to the left but Perch is now a must for left back. JFH slowly working out best positions for players like Perch, Chery (just off the front man), Toszer (left in the dressing room)

Really odd isn't it. I'm trying to work out whether he looks so good there because we've been watching Konchesky all season, or whether he is actually good. Thought he was a good signing at the time, really surprised he's struggled as much as he has

Fair play to Perch, mightily surprised and pleased he's turned things around!

If not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled. PG Wodehouse

I always had faith in him too good a player at previous clubs to be so rubbish for us I never saw the left back solution though. I thought he would have been better at centre back delighted hes come good
Now whats the solution with Toszer.... striker ?
