Recently back from a great few weeks back in England, unfortunately without the time or money to see Rangers, (might go back for the Cup Final!) and spent the majority of the time down in Bexhill, East Sussex. The following track is about and was filmed in Bexhill so provides very happy memories, personally, and there you have the theme for this thread.
Place related music with that personal touch;
This time last week I was drinking coffee with Mum at the Sovereign Light Cafe and it will probably be 2 years until I can have the pleasure of doing that again.... :(
Just back from my holidays and i gotta say the Whats the story morning glory album, despite what some people think of the Gallaghers is a blast . This became an anthem in our car, kids loved it ,singing at the top of their voices..Good times.

Yeah when I was a kid we never really shared much music as a family - it was more a generational thing back then, but these days you can all jump on an album and share it, like with Morning Glory as you say. Or Amy's album and a few others. Youngest has just gone to Uni so I've lost a Hoops and music mate at home, which is sad enough, but I'm going to see Noel tomorrow at Brixton so that might cheer me up. Oasis might not be everyone's cup of tea, but they have some fantastic fans, if you avoid the front.
