That's kind mate thanks. Myself, Flo and Chris Charles tend to rotate between us, two on one off. That's mainly due to work commitments but I also think - if you're on every week people get sick of you, good to have a few weeks off it every now and again. It shouldn't be the same people every week, needs to have more variety and greater bredth of opinion. - if you've got nothing to say or nothing to add, or you haven't been to the game at the weekend, I don't think you should go on for the sake of it. - once you get more than 4 of us on there it becomes a bit much, so if there's four already I'll tend to sit out - some are 'good ones to miss' personally. I'd have loved to speak with les and Chris Ramsey a couple of weeks back but the same week Dave Thomas posted an old (old) article of mind praising the work Ferdinand was doing at the club and I got a week of pelters on Twitter for it so I thought it might be a good one to sit out.

I like it sometimes when they have random fans on, I guess it mainly depends on how comfortable people are in the "spotlight" (so to speak) as some are more comfortable than others. I like the idea of being a random fan myself one week but at the same time not sure if I'd just be one of those who freeze a bit! Enjoyed this one though, thanks.

It works really well when we do it in person, cos we'll meet up before for a beer, chat through it all and by the time we start whoever it is at ease. Not sure how well it would work on Zoom. Does need some different voices though. I've noticed a blog started this week for young QPR writers which is a great idea, be good to see some of those on there, not just the same tired cyncics babbling on each week. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Theres a young fella doing a you tube channel called Talking Rangers, he'd probably be worth getting on one week, think it's interesting we now have fans who grew up with QPR either through Holloway years or the Flavio ones so don't really see the club the same as those of us in the 70's - 90's do as a top flight club.

Yeh Charlie? I've seen some of his videos and they're decent.
| This week's podcast on 18:08 - Jun 18 with 994 views | daveB | enjoyed the pod. great job hosting Clive. On Pugh I wonder if his clause was something like 35 games so rather than get him to 34 and never pick him again being open with him now and giving him chance to find another club rather than risk injury when we were never going to keep him. Did enjoy Finney worrying about Oteh low on confidence, he compared him to Les Ferdinand when he scored against Leeds last year, goes from one extreme to the other sometimes. I'm looking forward to it all starting, it will be very different, I didn't enjoy watching it last night but feels like a step in the right direction to getting back to normal and think the games will improve when they have been back playing a few weeks. I think if we can finish top 10 and blood a few kids we should be happy with that. Maybe we'll be back at games in September/October time which would be great so personally happy to just put up with this until we are properly back. My wife was thrilled last night that I was ranting about VAR and refs again rather than Matt Hancock [Post edited 18 Jun 2020 18:26]
