I'd agree with that. He creates chances for others and pulls defenders out of position, so even when not scoring you see the value of him to the team. Defenders cant afford to leave him unmarked and although he seems to have lost a little pace, he is still a real handful at this level for most teams |  |

I don't think he was anywhere near 100% fit today. Some of those chances he snatched at were really most unlike him. He's taken responsibility to play through, and got his reward for keeping going.
Well done to him and the rest of them. Wouldn't have given them a price at half time. |  | | |
