"Do I care if it’s a walk or a hit? I do not."

Superb.

"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."
Poll: Player of the Year (so far)

What a ride it’s been in 2021. Merry new year all and big thanks to Northern for all his hard work. I reckon 2022 is going to be a good one for the R’s!

Fine stuff Clive, happy new year and we look forward to more of the same.
Covid, Sky and Afcon notwithstanding, we are in pretty good fettle for the second half of the season.

That is our last two away games that we've won in added on time! I'm envious of those of you that were there for either. And saluting those of you that were there for both! I finished playing Bridge to watch the last few minutes & thought that Dykes & Austin should have shot earlier. However, Charlie was obviously setting up Barbet for the winner!

I think my wife, an Ipswich fan, cheered even more than me or my son when the goal was scored! She was just as loud when Welbeck equalised against The Pensioners on Wednesday!

It wasn't a win Clive, but I did say before the corner & the free kick against Brentford that we would score! I was being serious about the first, but only said the second one in hope. IH should have thanked me for my contribution instead of moaning at supporters who had already left!

1,700 there for a Thursday night game & no trains back to London after the match. Incredible.

One minor criticism - you could have said that too many cooks were spoiling the broth in midfield. Are you sure you're committed to cakes?

Suffering since 1978.

Alternative, bite size match report, shamelessly lifted from posts by Loftboy and QPR Hibs:

Just got in from work, managed to catch the last 15 minutes, great result and much needed.
You were lucky. We had to watch all of it.
Great result though.

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

An excellent summation of the game and what a last minute winner away from home feels like i.e. nothing else.

FWIW I think the ref probably got 2/3 of the major decisions right, possibly 3/3. On their non-penalty, I apply the usual test of how p*ssed off I would be if it had been a challenge like Dunne's against us. In which case, I would be annoyed if we had not got that one.

(Great headline as well! )

Great post , great actor , great musician , great human being Miami Steve Van Zant .
He stopped outside a concert venue in 2012 when we were waving at Bruce Springsteen and took a picture with my 2 kids and we chatted about his show on Sirius XM and his hit TV show in Europe .
I did not forsee him being on LFW though
