If EFL do change to this can see a lot of clubs going for boom or bust.
Would love to see the Mittals et al lob 25 million into the transfer kitty, but end up mid table watching the likes of Rotherham being level with you will no doubt soon sap any enthusiasm they have for bank rolling the club. |  |
