From top and relegation.

The Championship is mental.

I still think Reading and Boro are essentially going to swap places in fairly short order.

We could be in the playoffs on Sunday or in the bottom half, it seems a lot more mad than normal this year and think it will take a lot longer to settle down

Certainly the teams considered the walking dead - Reading, Brum, Blackpool - have started surprisingly strongly while big guns like Boro, West Brom and Watford aren’t firing. This may not last, but the great appeal of the league is that it’s a total snake pit, and no one gives you a thing.

Reading FC boss Paul Ince says the club are trying to sign free agent striker Andy Carroll.
"We're looking to try and do something this week," said Ince. "We're trying to get him ready before the Wigan game. Mark Bowen (head of football operations) still needs to sit down with his agent to get the numbers as we're not the richest club right now but we'll see if we can get to some sort of arrangement and agreement.

Ince yapping about getting tonked at home last night.
"Maybe it's a good result for us as it gets everyone back on the ground. Our target is to stay in the league and because we've had such a good start you hear people talking about play-offs and all that crap. I could just sense it around the stadium, the club...maybe the players too. You've won four on the bounce at home and playing Sunderland who have only just come up, maybe they got nervous but I don't know why because it's only nine games into the season.

Apologies to all concerned for bringing Ince and the fakes to this forum, I really should see a psychiatrist to discuss my unnerving hatred for the fakes and Ince in particular.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

It’s good for selling clubs that the ‘bigger’ clubs struggle first half of the year because that lays down the tracks for a desperate January transfer window.

If Willock does not sign a new contract by Jan, then we may have to flog him to Florist who will need some new players by then.

Sheff U and Norwich have opened a sizeable gap at the top.
Can't see that changing much

I can from what I’ve seen they are average and wouldn’t surprise me if they both went on a winless run.Unless there are any points deduction top and bottom is going to be going to the wire such a great league.

Rotherham one point off the play-offs!

Currently.....

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."
