At least he was honest enough to say it was far from pretty!
I can see how you might be grittily pleased as a combative centre back after that, but if you're Madsen or Kone or Smyth or Dembele, you'd have to be embarrassed, surely?

Surely, if almost everyone expects you to lose and you have a lengthy travel away a draw is fairly good. Surely, if you've got multiple players missing and you get a point, it's a good thing. Surely, if you've kept a clean sheet, it's a positive. Surely, if your players have battled hard and showed collective spirit, they are allowed to be "relatively pleased". Surely, if they managed to negotiate a niggly game and hostile crowd without any one losing their discipline, that's a tick. Surely, if you are the team with the best chances at the end, the game plan was effective.
Surely, if you've got your same comments on repeat after every game that we don't win, you are not using any of that intellect, that you believe you have, to analyse the evidence, the causes and effects, before hitting those buttons on your device, surely.

Surely the distinct and obvious lack of quality is a cause for concern?
Gritty performance indeed, but we will get absolutely nowhere unless we have some quality about us. Technically we were woeful today. Those possession stats tell the tale of our almost complete inability to retain possession through poor control, passing and decision making.
Accept that we are a work in progress, players missing etc etc, but that was a dire performance with a point achieved through the heroics of Dunne, Cook and Davies who looked the only professional footballers we had out on the pitch.

Dunne was Excellent yesterday, MoM for me. Walsh, Cook and Madsen were all very good. Our problems came from our players, apart from Madsen, being unable to pass to each other, especially forwards; our starting wide players were poor and not helped by playing on the wrong wings; Kone misused the few chances he got, and Kolli was ineffectual again. Surely if we play the same system without Burrell we need to use Smith's pace to replace him there.

It's QPR and we've all been here a long time and seen what's gone on before. Compared to six game losing runs an away point during an injury crisis, is a positive.

I know one thing I'm sure about - you're both tedious and delusional!
