As long as he's not put in charge of a Ford Granada...
"SIX MONTHS, HE ONLY GOT SIX MONTHS, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TEN YEARS. " As sung by Clock End R's fans after Donkey's Ford Granada driving from training naughty pishhead shenanigans.
I like him too,though.
Even though he was shamed and eviscerated against Holland and Russia in England's total humilation @ nil point Euro 88
Loved it when the donkey put his arm up and all 4 moved up as one. Liked it when he runs through up front to get the fourth against Toffees at Highbury to win the title.
Liked it when he went into Sporting Chance Clinic for rehab went on a ' journey' - as you do - and came out earnestly fluent in psychobabble drivel.
Not happy at all when he dropped Morrow and evil Arse's Houston and Rioch brought a busted useless Morrow to the Bush.
'I'm 18 with a bullet.Got my finger on the trigger,I'm gonna pull it.."
Love,Peace and Fook Chelski!
More like 20StoneOfHoop now.
Let's face it I'm not getting any thinner.
Pass the cake and pies please.

I like Adams a lot. Hope it goes well for him.
Certainly have a lot of respect for him, publicly facing up to his demons and then the autobiography which waa obviously very personal.
It's a great story of a successful and famous footballer who's come our the other side and subsequently gone on to invest a lot of time and energy helping many others that have/had similar issues.
Be amazed though if this particular appointment works out but then I guess he's got nothing to lose.

He actually set up Sporting Chance clinic, 18st, which is even more impressive.
Better again, they now help athletes with their mental health and have been selfless in their help of Gaelic athletes from Ireland.
It's all a shame really, this selfless glory, as he genuinely was one of the Loft's very favourite panto villians!

I have no feelings towards Tony Adams at all. I never really liked or disliked him. That said, I'd like an English manager to do well over there. Spanish football irritates me because of the sheer arrogance of it all.
ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH MARTI THE REDEEMER WHO STRENGTHENS ME.
this would be the same Tony Adams who abused a load of young fans in the paddocks and gave us the V sign whilst giving it the old have that you cnts he is just an older version of John Terry
And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot
That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles

He started out like John Terry but when push came to shove there was more to him. And he was one of those very few players whose presence made a good team invincible. His impact was Ferguson-like. John Terry may be remembered like that but only by himself and Ashley Cole.
But didn't Tone turn out to be a coaching disaster on the Bryan Robson scale? He lasted about three weeks at Wycombe if I remember.
A magnificent football club, the love of our lives, finding a way to finally have its day in the sun.

Another very good player whose terrible at managing.
Apparently, when he gets started on alcoholism, it's run for the hills time. Probably an advantage they won't understand a word he says out there.

Ya, that's him. Which is why we gave him dog's abuse down the years. His autobiography mentions the grief we gave him on so many occasions.
He's a changed man, though, PP. In a very good way. John Terry is a racist and a selfish shell of a man. Adams was never on that scale, and has turned into an extremely decent human being.

But he liked playing at ours because Macca always made sure the visiting team were given a good drink after the game- which was not always the case at other clubs
England have had a fair amount of piss artist centre halves down through time. Caulker a bit if a throwback- and could do with the Mk2 Adams to help him out if he is ready,
