Remember it well. Was down near the Palace fans. Absolute bedlum at the end. An FA Cup Semi-Final!!

I was with a Palace mate in R block. When we scored he lobbed his beer bottle on the pitch and walked out of the ground.

I was there too. Remember those goals with tennis strung nets where you were slightly unsure if the ball had actually gone in. Long time ago but you always had that feeling we were going to do it on the day.

Anyone remember this a few years earlier with Allen at Palace? 1980?
