For some reason I hoped with Parry taking over from Harvey, that things might improve at the EFL but sadly not. But then who is the EFL accountable to? Unless the clubs protest or take some kind of action then these problems will remain - yet the clubs seem unwilling to do so. |  |

Firstly he hasn't been there long tbf to him, maybe he will reform, but it's not a good start.
Secondly he's chairman, Harvey was CEO, the new CEO is David Baldwin, previously CEO at tightly run ship Burnley, which in itself is a step up from hiring Harvey after he'd led two clubs into three administrations. |  | | |

Very good article Clive which highlights (again) the scandalous practices that are allowed to continue unchecked.
The governing body is itself not fit for purpose.
Your report highlights that "International Entertainment and Next Leader are both being represented by the same UK lawyers", a situation which again is a common denominator in facilitating these types of sham transactions. Providers of these types of professional services are the enablers who legitimize these types of deals. They too need to be held accountable for their actions. | |
