To add, some suggestion this might have moved to Andy Davies now, presumably as a Covid issue.

Stroud, Woolmer, who's next?

It's like having to play Man City and then Liverpool.

He was at WBA, which is now off, so that would make sense.

Edit - Offy is now saying its IS Andy Davies

To be honest give me ten Andy Woolmers to a single Keith ‘cùnt’ Stroud every day of the week. At least he tends to be incompetent for both sides without any bias, and it does give Clive a chance to wheel out THAT Preston report from a few years back, which being present at that match certainly gave his performance the justice it deserved.

Thought he was a lot worse than Stroud last night compared with Stroud when we played B'mouth.

I reckon Pearson may be in a bit of trouble after his interview on Quest last night.

His comments were well over the top. Thought he got a few bits wrong and was a bit too keen to give free kicks for both sides but got the big calls right. Our penalty was clear as day and the red card was ridiculous from King, no need at all when already been booked

Here we go again - deep breath

I thought our pen was more of a shout than theirs - don't think VAR would have overturned either decision tbh - summed up nicely (as usual) by Andy Sinton - "If you're Bristol City you're going to be unhappy" - doesn't mean both decisions are 'wrong', both subjective and could have gone either way.

Red card just isn't an argument - they NEVER give red cards for offensive, abusive etc language so you can be sure that 1st one was for something said that referees outside the top 4 divs would be sending off for.

2nd yellow just IS - no one arguing with THAT one surely?

I thought fks etc were fine, not going to agree with them all, but by the end the crowd for screaming at every challenge (bit like us on Mon night).

'Handball' leading to the corner that led to the goal - he's got his back to the ball, its accidental, its not handball.

All yellows fine, missed two I think - one for the pull back on Dickie and one BY Dickie that he missed completely, didn't even give a fk.

Added time OK, maybe a bit generous at the end but didn't matter in the end!

Pretty much agree with all that Pinner. Our pen, was clear cut for me, he got Amos and didn't get the ball. It was good and determined play by Luke to get into position to draw the foul. I think Davies had an excellent side on view of that incident.

Their shout, maybe, but I think it was two players with their back to the ref and maybe all he saw was a coming together, so he couldn't give it.

The Johansen 'handball' was as you describe it and a ridiculous shout, even for a joke of a crowd who were well wound up but nearly all disappeared after our second goal.

Added time was about right, I think. It started over a minute after it should have due to an injury sub and then there was our goal celebration, which as I was bouncing around the room, I didn't check the time it took.

He was weak on players standing on the ball or keeper to prevent a restart or quick attack, treatment on the pitch whilst the sub gets ready and deliberate blocking. Overall though not too bad, standard Championship ref.

It didn't descend into handbags though, although I did see on Quest that Bournemouth had another scrap last night. lol

What I liked about him, and I said this well before any of the controversial decisions, was that he just made a decision, quickly explained it to the players if necessary, and then moved on. None of the long drawn out discussions or the painful organising of every fk or throw in. Just effing get on with the game. Blessed relief. I'm sure that's why there was a lot less aggro.

Missed the game last night as my mate doesn’t have the red button, the bas tard, so caught up on here. Our penalty was such a penalty that the ref almost blew for it before Amos hit the deck. 100%.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Yup not sure what the argument is on that one? Had one of our defenders done that I would have said pen.

Never knowingly right.
