Beale Pre Match 11:18 - Aug 12 with 2624 viewsdaveB

Quite a change from last season, Beale is a lot more open about the injury situation.
Sounds like Willock is more about managing his playing time and they think a long trip north and back before a game on Tuesday won't be ideal for him.
Paal has a chance for the weekend but more likely back next week.
Thomas out as well now.
He didn't sound happy about Clarke Salter and wants a 2nd opinion

Poor bloke, his enthusiasm seems to be taking a bit of a hit after three games at this place and who can blame him!

Actually, he might find his guardian angel has done him a massive favour allowing Dunne to get his place back.

Chin up sunshine.

I'm still clinging to the hope he's pulling a Woodgate on these injuries. Remember he said Willock, Amos etc were all fit for Blackburn and none of them travelled.

He seems to be a very straight talker. Wears his heart on his sleeve. I hope this doesn’t wear him down. He seems frustrated and disappointed already.

I don't think he seemed deflated or disappointed at all.

Honest as ever, and most importantly, he seems to be able to mirror our thoughts as fans on how the team has performed thus far — it's always REALLY frustrating when you've watched a load of sh1te on the pitch and then the manager comes out afterwards and says we've been unlucky...

I must say, I really do like Mick - I'm really hoping that he is successful here.

Yeah well he wants to try paying for the privilege of supporting the club for 50 years, and see what his enthusiam levels are like then.

Stick with it Mick, the first 30 are the hardest.
