slmrstid added 10:50 - Nov 27 I can't agree with him saying the promotion team had few players for whom QPR was "the big chance" when he used just Clint Hill as an example. Pretty much every player of that squad, other than Adel, were at QPR because it was their big chance to try and get in the Premiership. The Premier League teams - certainly agree - none of them were there for seeing QPR as a big chance - the wasters like Mbia, Bosingwa, Barton, Cesar etc. But its a bit of a disservice to the likes of Derry, Orr, Mackie, Faurlin, Gorkks, Connolly etc in my view.
