Yes, quite a few creatures have blue bloods, including lobsters, tarantulas and the common snail. This is because they are deficit in hemoglobin which, being rich in iron, makes most blood red.

Yes. Predators are a bit fussy when it comes to food. Lightning is roughly 1000000 volts. So, when lightning strikes, the animal gets electrocuted, and so tastes burnt. However, scavengers (vultures and whatnot) will eat pretty much anything.
