Raising a Toddler I have come to the conclusion kids tv is now pony. I remember it being awesome my top ten being (in no particular order) Fraggle rock. Dungeons and dragons. Bravestar. He-man. Thundercats. Animals of farthing wood. Racoons. Danger mouse. Bananaman. Gummy bears (misses choice) Nothing like this now days. Any better?

Watched bits of it on YouTube last year and realised that the first episode (protesters massacred etc) had made me a lifelong lefty. Blake's 7 and hazel O'Connor's breaking glass.
My favourite as a kid was Casey Jones. Favourite cartoons were Wacky Races and Tom and Jerry [ the old ones ]. Yesteryears cartoons were funny and totally unPC. Todays kids cartoons [ I'm obliged to watch some as I have a grandson] are all about being nice to one and all and saving the environment. What fun is there in that? Bring back deviousness and destruction, you know it makes kids laugh still.
