I think its entirely reasonable to offer condolences and sympathy to the family

While we’re on the subject of stupid names for awards,I saw on our bbc east local text page (160) that there is a tree of the year award given out every year.The winner then goes into the competition for European tree of the year.
Is it just me thinks that this is fecking ridiculous.Does the winning tree have to attend the awards ceremony and give a winners speech?
