| Update on ticket refunds... on 14:33 - Jun 5 with 6718 views | NorthantsHoop | In relation to season ticket refunds, I wrote to the club this morning about an option for season ticket holders who have or may consider not taking a refund and access to live video of behind closed door games. Here is my email and the club's response. My Email I have just seen the update on 19/20 ticket refunds on the QPR website. I am personally happy for the club to retain any refund due to me for the season. I have a suggested option for season ticket holders who do not want a refund, and if possible, bearing in mind EFL rules and TV rights etc, could the club offer season ticket holders live video access to behind close door games at no cost. QPR Box Office Response Thank you very much for your kind gesture, it really is appreciated. We have been overwhelmed by the support of our season ticket holders. We are looking at a number of options, with free access to the match stream one of these, but we firstly need confirmation from the EFL to be able to offer this.  | | | |
| Update on ticket refunds... on 14:39 - Jun 5 with 6702 views | Northernr | Confirmation that Charlton tickets will be refundable from July 1 as well. I'll leave my season ticket money with them I think, but presuming QPR won't have to pay for the Charlton tickets I'll get those refunded. | | | |

"Finally, we would like to reiterate that we understand these are challenging times for all of us at the moment. If you need our support during this time, the club’s’ R You OK?’ campaign is available to you. If you need our support, please contact us in the following ways, leaving your name and contact number: Email: safeguarding@qpr.co.uk Call: 07483 006924 Alternatively, you can contact Childline: Website: www.childline.org.uk/ Call: 0800 1111" I'm sorry, but would I swap our last ten years...? No, because read the above. What a club we are now, | |

| Update on ticket refunds... on 15:11 - Jun 5 with 6614 views | Noelmc | As a wheelchair user, but with no underlying health conditions I'm not in the 'vulnerable' category. However, perhaps surprisingly, I've not been contacted by my GP surgery or local council to check how I am managing in 'lockdown'. The only one organisation that have contacted me to make sure I'm ok and offer help if I need it is QPR! I've had two phone calls from the safeguarding team at the Club to say they are checking on all their disabled season ticket holders and to be sure to let them now if I need anything. These were very much appreciated and made me proud to be a QPR supporter. As Brian said, there is a lot to love about our Club now. | | | |

So Season ticket holders get the home games free and it's a tenner a go for the away games and non season ticket holders, makes sense and generates some revenue [Post edited 5 Jun 2020 17:18]
