did the same, glad i checked a few days early. the online system seems to regularly get me and my dad confused as we have the same name, even though our login details are completely different so may be that. Not a great advert for their internet security :) | | | |

There is a message advising you need to link your QPR+ account so that may be the problem

Yes, done easy enough and I am working on the assumption that it means only one device at the same time as the activation code is associated with your QPR+ login account details. |

Some helpful so and so on Twitter recommended checking all your junk/ spam folders or in my case "all folders" on google and there it was... just registered and seemingly smooth.
