| manger on 18:27 - Jul 21 with 1047 views | charmr | What is the obsession with this guy and former players. It will be div 1 Holloway football all over again. No thanks. Holloway got really upset when it was called pub football, and it was. The game has moved on and as no room for any ex army fitness instructors doing any warm ups anymore. Games are not just in major chords, needs some minors, sharps and sevenths as well. Smashing fella that gets players to play for him. Not enough. Fans love a trier and as Gareth ran down the wing, crossed the ball, hits the first defender and goes out for a corner. The crowd go mental because we have a corner, some though are thinking it’s got to clear the first defender at least. Fans wanted Wilkins, Thompson gave us Wilkins. Be careful what you wish for. I don't want to engage with this manager-sacking nonsense, but I'd like to row back a bit from the idea that Ainsworth would be a long-ball Neanderthal. He's managing in the style that works for Wycombe's budget and league. (As did Holloway here FWIW) We just don't know how he'd manage QPR. The point is there's no vacancy, not that Ainsworth couldn't do it. | | | |

True but getting rid of Warburton is not an idea to be considered for long. | | | |
| manger on 10:34 - Jul 22 with 800 views | DannyPaddox | Getting rid of Warburton is one sandwich short of a pret a manger talk | | | |
| manger on 10:57 - Jul 22 with 781 views | NorthantsHoop | I like Warburton, for me he gets Rangers. He has done well in his first year and needs to continue on what will be a constrained re-building programme. Warburton has to be congratulated on how he has given BOS the opportunity to show his skills and we will get a good profit from his sale. Eze has also improved his all round game under Warburton. Manning has also got regular game time and ok we will sell him, but again hopefully at a profit. Who knows how it will go next season, but depending on funds available, think we will have a competitive team. In his post Millwall match interview, I think Warburton set the tone of building a more physical team, as we have looked lightweight for a number of seasons since relegation. | | | |
