Ok, so we arent doing as well as most of us thought we would.
However, we all know we should have had a new striker in during the last window, but didnt and this appears it might have been a mistake.
If form continues the way it is, Stoke etc will beat us, and we will be almost where we were last season......ergo no real improvement, and a squad thats fat, old, lazy, or comtractually obliged to play every game.
However, next season will need more players, as some will be leaving us, so who do you want to pick those players and next seasons formations?
So, do we keep Warburton (Stick) or do we get rid (twist)
Why.Very limited budget and a series of injuries. Just please go away and support some else if you cannot understand the limitations Warburton is working under. Please just go away. The single reason Rangers were pushing for the play=offs is Warbuton. So for ****** sake just ******
And you photograph is appalling

What are you - some kind of fundamentalist/self-appointed cult leader on this board? Take a few weeks off and do a course on critical thinking.
If there was some succession planning with Eustace lined up to be the next manager then it might make sense to make the change at the end of the season. If not I wouldn't bother as I'm not convinced it would do us much good.

Oh we should keep him just for his motivational pre match London derby speeches ! Can’t think how he motivates the team but if he came home to find someone rear ending his missus , he would probably put the kettle on and ask how many sugars they wanted in their tea ! Had enough now !

I just think he has tied himself in knots overthinking things. His selections have become increasingly bizarre and he hasnt been helped by the injuries .IMO the chronic form of our 3 strikers and consequently the tactics of snuffing out Chair and Willock have left him with no where to go . Stick with him and see what he can do with a fresh start would be my view .

To answer the first point isn't this exactly how we thought we'd be doing? Top half, haven't had to look over our shoulders all season, in with a shout of the playoffs based on league position, I think most of us would have taken that at the start of the year and been pretty happy?
Of course if you'd have asked at the end of January we would all have been very disappointed with where we are.
Overall you have to say he's done a good job this year and done it playing mostly attractive football. Stick for me, with some more luck next year we'll be in and around the playoff picture again.

50/50. But the signings of austin, dykes, johansen, hendrick, sanderson is a offence in itself that should lead to good ass whipping and kick out from the office. Who ever responsible.
