I’ve just watched Sky Sports World Cup preview with Gary Neville, Jamie Redknapp, Jamie Carragher & Karen Carney. Utterly depressing viewing. Same old, same old. Picking players for the starting XI not playing for their clubs, or totally off form.

Well it certainly feels like your day when you give the ball away, they hit the post, you give it straight back to them, they hit the other post, and then the goalkeeper saves the rebound from 5 yards out despite being sat on the floor.
Trying to win an important game by constantly passing the ball to an opponent on the edge of your own box feels like something QPR would try. |  | | |
