Yalcouye is highly rated and was seen as potential for their first team this season. Instead he has warmed the bench at the foot of the Championship. I think he would be better off going elsewhere.
We are going to struggle to find anyone wanting to come in our current position.

It may be christmas but I doubt the owners will play Santa Claus, we must be close to our limit with PSR unless we sell. Will they fund a relegation battle or wait until we see how this season goes. The are several financial equations to factor into this, our loss of revenue if we go down and the financial commitment of recent deals over several years. On the plus side there are different PSR rules in league one compared to the championship, it just depends how much the owners can/will actually commit and when. It will be a different ball game if Matos can turn this around by mid January. | | | |

There is obviously a reason why wales isnt in the squad as hes still too young and inexperienced, a similar reason with melker, just not experienced enough.

There’s a lot of upside and a lot of downside to his game. He could just as easily be a game changer or a liability.
I can understand not starting him, but he should at the very least be coming on in games when he’s fit, especially with the lacklustre way we’ve been playing lately.
