Our enduring lack of consistency is the main thing I took away from yesterday. Every team will have ups and downs over a season but QPR seem to be novices in the 'ups' and experts in the 'downs'. |  | | |

Agree with he should have been on earlier but for Burrell. Kone battled away and generally was reasonable. Burrell has lost his edge, the pace and stamina that made him so effective. | | | |

He did look like a class act, but I am not sure why he didn't take all the corners. The near post one headed just wide in the 1st half should have been used more.
The game was rubbish as were the away games over Christmas and I expect more of the same for Sunday's game against the QPR nemesis Bannen and his Sheffield Wednesday team.
The only players with credit from that were possibly Nardi, Dunne , Hayden (unless knocked should have stayed on) and Madsen.
The attacking players were all poor including the subs whou did little to change that lethargic performance.
Oh and the officiating was in keeping with QPR's poor performance. At least the ref didn't fall for some of the Norwich sh1thousing that started early in the 1st half. | | | |

For the first time in living memory I managed to get my wife and daughter to join me and my son for this one. Amazingly, it's rekindled an interest in QPR in them and they both definitely want to come back!

I don't go that often so always make it a day to enjoy despite the football. Had a great pub meal with a mate beforehand and few lovely ales. Enjoyed the weather
- beautiful day. Lovely sunset over Loftus Road preceeded by the most beautiful pink sky. Had some good natter with fans too - everyone seemed to take it on the chin with the usual gallows humour. No queue in the Blue and White Bar after the game. And I've noticed they've got an IPA on tap there now too.
Yeah, crap game but seen worse. Just disappointing when you think of the potential in this side, their inability to focus on the basics and knuckle down. Compare with the Sunderland performance against City last night. That's a team that plays for one another with heart and passion for the whole 90 minutes plus stoppage time. As some others have pointed out we need a bit more brawn and leadership in this side.
I thought Mbengue was good plus Madsen and Hayden.
We're 99 % certain to be a Championship side again next season and no doubt a continuing work in progress which will be fascinating and frustrating in equal measures, same old QPR, which is a strangley reassuring and comforting thought in itself. And we've got West Ham to look forward too... | | | |

Yeah I agree on the leadership and brawn side of things. Sitting close to the pitch, I didn’t hear much talking between the players at times. Interesting point on Sunderland too, they’ve basically put together a whole new team but still perform like that. Xhaca the glue holding it together?
On the plus points, Madsen, there was a 1st half passage of play where he took it upon himself to take the ball off the back four, play a few give & goes, and suddenly we’d progressed up the pitch and attacking their box. Almost single handedly instigated by Nico. More of that please, taking the game by the scruff of the neck.
As mentioned I’d still like to see Field and Madsen together. Field doing the basics we know he can, plus the left foot for balance. Madsen pulling strings.
