Ipswich have got pace, power and motivation. I really can't see anything other than a tonking. But to make it worthwhile at 100-30 on you'd have to bet quite a lot. The same rule still applies. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Their keeper could get sent off after 5 minutes, we score the penalty and suddenly they're panicking. Highly unlikely, I reckon we'll lose 5 nil, but if you can't afford the loss steer clear |
That is sound advice.
It isn't worth the bet at those odds.
The only way it makes sense is to include Ipswich in a treble or small accumulator bet with maybe Millwall and say MK Dons. £10 bet returns around £32 depending on which bookie you use.
£200 stake could help pay most of your season ticket.
Although I prefer to put QPR along with Southampton and MK Dons at 34/1 with Bet365. [Post edited 1 May 12:22]

If the Opening Poster is thinking of placing a sizeable bet on Ipswich to win at 3/10, then he should take a lot of comfort from those of us who have submitted entries to the final leg of the prediction league. At the time of writing 93% of submissions have predicted a home win. That suggests a much higher probability that 3/10 might indicate. As such, 3/10 might be considered good value. |  | | |
