The altitude will be a significant factor against Mexico or Ecuador. I've been to Mexico City and you do get knackered just strolling about with the rarefied air and pollution which has improved since I visited but still a problem. Quito is also one of the highest cities in the World in terms of altitude. |  |

Whenever the world cup or the Euros has a system that can lead to 3 teams qualify from a group of 4 it leads to a lot of sides being more cautious to qualify out of the group and therefore makes it a bit dull to watch at times.
