Include 5 seconds to take a throw-in and 10 seconds for the sub to leave the pitch.
The throw-ins will get a problem for QPR because they have been terrible at taking them and keeping possession for more than 2 touches. So now that they will have to be quick to take them they will probably throw it straight to the opposition!
It will also be a problem for thise wanting to take a long throw (Mbenge normally seems to take about 15 -20 seconds). |  | | |  |

It's not really a five second limit for throw-ins from the time it goes out, it's a five second visual countdown. So it only applies from the point the ref decides you're dawdling and starts the countdown. |  |
