Barbet Stats 22:58 - Mar 7 with 2861 views

I know early on in the season Barbet seemed like a walking Penalty/Red Card time bomb. Sorry if posted already, but I am sure there are some amazing stats this season when Barbet has played. His passing can be sublime and when he plays we seem to do rather well.

Any chance of posting those stats?

It was very odd at the beginning of the season because he looked classy and a good defender, yet kept giving away penalties. So I was saying apart from the goal a game he gives away he looks really good, which admittedly sounds a bit ridiculous. Now he's ironed that out, he seems to make a difference.

Barbet is very decent player, you could see that from day 1. Made a couple of errors, agreed, but that doesn't make him a poor player or a liability. He can play the game without doubt and well worth his regular place in the Team.

Like Puyol at Barca in his latter years. Never seemed to lose when he played, even though he wasn't the tallest, fastest or most skillful defender they had. He brought organisation and solidity.

big difference is he is good on the ball so he gets the ball into the oppositions half rather than eze and co having to get the ball deep in our own half and getting caught out.
