With a couple of minutes left of the 90, I said to the Mrs that she should nip to the loo so that we could get away quick at the end, as match was effectively over. When she came back, she couldn't understand why we were madly celebrating a consolation goal. I had to explain it was the equaliser as we had scored twice while she was visiting the loo - she was not happy!

A great away day, getting back to the pub and telling people the score and the disbelief from those who left early from what was a dire performance until 90 minutes. I knew we were going up from that day onwards

I'm at the same work bench today that I was at 10 years ago watching that on my works computer - when that went in I smashed the **** out of my knees.

They must hate us.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Highlights and all the goals.
Wonder why we wore the blue shorts.

10 years ago.... fookin’ hell.

As i was on my motorbike (as was the norm for home and away games I went to) I was in no rush to leave in order to beat the traffic, others did.
Glad I stayed til the end!

Anyone found any footage of Zamora’s Wembley goal from the Derby end? I’ve looked and no luck, can understand why no Derby fan would post it though!

The massive collective banging of seats as their fans left drowned out any noise from the other end of the pitch.
I don’t really know why they left so early as most of them were still trying to get out of the car parks when we came out a hour later. You would’ve thought they’d planned it better by buying Wembley stadium and the surrounding car parks and then selling it back a few weeks later for twice what it’s worth.
