Happy about this. Huge experience.

Love his interview!

You may notice or pick up on the fact that he is just a bit of a fan.

If this doesn't put a smile on your face you're made of rock!

What a great interview - he seems genuinely overwhelmed by it all. Even if his very best days are behind him he adds experience at the highest level and he's already achieved two promotions. He will definitely add to our attacking options. Delighted that he's signed and it's a bonus really that he's one of us.

I got the shivers (in a good way) reading his interview.
I think potentially a really good signing. Pace, strength, assists, goals. We looked light on the bench at the weekend and he'll go a long way to alleviating that - Chair, Bright, Adomah, possibly Willock and Thomas fighting it out over three spots, that's pretty healthy. And might also allow Chair to play as second striker / number 10.

Quite excited by this!

Bare bones.

hopefully this means we stop sticking Chair out on the left and bench Amos

Exciting signing

Going to be exciting times with Adomah signing. We look very strong going forward, with lots of different options available which we actually own.

He was good at Cardiff last year, and clearly isn't injury prone.

Forgetting flogging the Hemed horse to death to spite McClaren for a second, we've an excellent record with doing our homework on experienced players in recent years and I don't believe the club would have let sentiment cloud their eyes now - not for a two year deal.

I'm wary of claims players can play anywhere across the front line either side - people talk some right bllx about what Bright's capable of if you ask me - but concerns on paper about stepping on Thomas' toes are probably worth the risk over a busy uncertain season. And if Bright does leave in the end we've covered nicely.

(Willock I'm led to believe actually can play both sides for what it's worth - there are vids on YouTube of him for England youth to back it up too.)

And yeah, it's a feelgood story, fck it.

I don't really get why today is this big Transfer Deadline Day though, when the window is open for two more weeks domestically. Can anyone still sign players in these two weeks, as long as they are between English clubs?

Bare bones.

I wish him all the best.

I think there's little risk here. Our bench looked very light on Saturday and our squad looked light on experience. In terms of experienced leaders we've lost Hall, BFG, Pugh and Rangel as well as the on-loan Hugill and Wells.

He's clearly taken a huge pay cut to get within our wage structure, he's on a free and we really did need another experienced head in the dressing room.

A player I've always wanted to see in the hoops even before I found out he was a fellow QPR fan.

Great interview and you can see he's itching to get going. If he plays regularly I predict he get into double figures for goals'

This could be a very canny signing, loads of experience and good attitude, our young 'pups' will find a good pair of shoulders to lean on when times are tough

A player who I am sure will be a good assest, even if only for a few seasons

Probably the best interview of a QPR signing ever?!... Feels great to have players signing who are genuinely over the moon to be at QPR... long may it continue.

No. Prem clubs can only deal with EFL teams and not each other.

If the players signed when we reached the PL showed half the passion Albert showed in that interview, we may just still be there.

He really is top class, what an interview, give me 11 Albert Adomah's, theres nothing scripted or predictable about that interview, such passion for the club. Hopefully a winger that can/will cross the ball as well.

I think most fans, including me, would have Amos as a squad player. He wouldn't make my regular First XI as of today. I just don't think he's terrible like you do. I think he's an average Championship player with potential to improve albeit lacking a bit of bollock and bite.

A couple of the ratings sites gave him good marks for Saturday, one of them scored him at 7.2. I think that's too high but it shows he's doing some things well.

Ah thats more like it, in a squad of decent kids, its great to have someone with his experience and championship know-how. Plus he seems such a big character too. Happy with this one.
