Champagne...it’s not just for breakfast.

Long as you don't wake up suddenly having rolled over the edge, you're good.

Certinly not. As long as the butler chills it properly.

I spent most of my life being a night owl and going to bed late and getting up late. Since fatherhood I have found out there are two 6 o'clocks in the day! Not been sleeping well for a while due to house selling/buying taking absolutely forever so an afternoon nap would be welcome but as I'm WFH, don't think I'd get away with it!
| The Afternoon Nap. on 17:27 - Nov 20 with 794 views | Myke | I tried it, at 2pm, but the twenty -five students sitting in front of me started laughing. Not much of a sleeper to be honest -4/5 hours is enough | | | |

Worked nights for many years and never really rid the body of sleeping during daylight hours, got better after reverting back to more normal working hours a couple of years ago but now not working love the chance to take a 'siesta', still manage to sleep well at night but do tend to be a early riser.
