Bang on. If the owners knew what they were doing then Les Ferdinand would probably have been sacked quite some time ago (for the reasons you outline in your article regarding player behaviour, etc).

The 3 year rolling accounts means that you have to spend any headroom before it falls off. I don't think spending the money is the issue, it wouldn't be so bad if we had a squad that was packed full of sellable assets. It's the fact that we've wasted it on player's we're probably not going to be able to sell while players we already had which we thought we'd be able to sell have also turned to liabilities. Anyone can get injured but for the money we've spent Willock getting injured should be giving someone else a chance to come through and another sellable asset coming through. So personally I don't think LH has done anything wrong it's the football side that's costing us.
Other than that I agree with everything in the preview, absolute shambles. |  | | |

Very good preview and so accurate that you should be the manager for seeing a lot of what is wrong with us.
Personally I see a bleak future for us and have always been cautious during periods of on pitch improvements that it won't last and alas it seems I was right to think that way as two seasons running we have hit a brick wall. Decades of following this club has prepared me for the wheels continually falling off.
We find ourselves in a no win situation. We are going nowhere with the people running the club and seemingly getting worse but if we lose these incompetents then the financial crash to befall us could be catastrophic. With this backdrop I just cannot raise any optimism.
Anyway I am now watching Arbroath v Greenock Morton as they are the only team in blue and white hoops I can bear to watch... |  | | |

I seem to remember hearing that goals scored from corners is one in thirty. It might be closer to one in fifty across the world if Queens Park Rangers "defending" them was removed!

Got it in a nutshell Clive.
I listen to podcasts especially the 2nd tier pod, the 2 guys do their best to comment on our demise but really havnt got a scooby whats going on.
Huddersfield with 33 and -22 and Wigan with 33 and -26.
2 teams worse than us however Huddersfield put 2 past us with one in response, us gaining 1 point while they got 4 & Wigan who we managed to beat 2-1 2 Balogun goals.
I really beleived that Chair, Willock, Dickie & Dieng would be our back stop with a possible £20million+ sale value. Sadly we will only get maybe one fifth for all of them if were lucky. QPR dont appear to do lucky. Role on the points deductions although eat my words that it wont be us next time. |  |
