If we do that while giving Sinclair, Dixon-Bonner, Duke-McKenna and Kolli a lot of game time, we might be well set to kick on from that.

Apparently they were unlucky against Fulham and Villa will beat most teams but their squad looks crap to me. Calvert-Lewin on his day is good but can’t seem to stay fit. They’ve got little else up front and very little creativity or pace. Pickford and the defence should be good enough but they’ve got Ashley Young next to two quite slow, 30-year-old CBs. Plenty of ‘leaders’ but not much ability. | | | |
