The pitch was in immaculate condition for the Fiorentina friendly. Was there and also witnessed seven or eight large scale sprinklers were on pre match and at half time. The ban was in existence then.
The fact that ongoing businesses are exempt is a bit of a stretch to categorise QPR in anyways a business - last time I looked businesses were supoosed to make money. [Post edited 7 Aug 22:38]

There are other attributes to a business. Employment, contribution to economy through spending on utilities and taxes and contracting other businesses to provide products and services.
Many businesses aim not to make a profit but to break even and avoid company tax. | | | |
