Bit harsh giving Stroud the same mark as Carroll. At least we knew Stroud was out there.

Yeh they'd clearly watched that first half against Reading and thought 'nah, absolutely not having him swanning around doing that to us'.

To be fair to Clive, if we had won thriller 3-2 then poor old Keith might have got a 7, but as he said not the night for anything above a 6 really!

Don't wanna go against instructions about not questioning the markings - oh ok then I do. Harsh on Dickie imho. At the heart of the defensive improvement in the last 3 games, finally got the clean sheet.

Poll: Best hug a stranger / fall down five rows / 'limbs' late goals this season

Nobody gets a 7. I don’t sit through that and then hand out 7s. Absolutely not.

At least you were allowed to sit through it and I bet it was far better than watching it on TV like the majority of us

True. Particularly galling when there clearly weren’t 2,000 in there last night.

Thanks for writing a report that was immensely more entertaining than watching the game itself.

well done Clive; back to the comfort of alcohol to help you through the next few games anyway..... it helps a little bit!

Blimey Clive you sound as bored as I am with the whole thing. If it's any consolation some of the 'elite' premiersh1t football I've caught recently has been just as bad if not worse. Don't think this lockdown version of the national sport is up to much full stop, the entire national game is just going through the motions.

I'm glad you mentioned our wasted free kick near the end of the game, Clive. That did my head in too.

The only reason for not doing the obvious thing with your corners and free kicks is if you have a clever plan which involves disguising your intentions. With that free kick, we neither kept the ball to kill time and seal the draw, nor put any pressure on their goal. OK, it's only one example but why aren't we better at taking set pieces (I'm excluding pens here)? It's a perennial problem, as if there is some shame attached to scoring from them.

Many other teams treasure set pieces and use them so effectively that the very thought of conceding one strikes fear into the opposition, something which in itself has a lot of value. We seem to take the attitude that doing something useful with them is cheating. Incredible.

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."
