I'm a very long time poster on the dotorg as 'dm' - had to add another 'm' to my moniker to register on here.
I used to post on here years ago when this board was hosted elsewhere. As a regular reader with a bit more time on my hands now I've decided to join in the banter.
Cheese? So many to choose from but I find Torta di Gorgonzola irresistible.
