Its good for us, the money they've put in to keep the club running isn't being accumulated by the club as debt, it's being periodically converted into shares. It means that if you had lent QPR a pound, then QPR redeemed that loan by giving you 100 shares instead.
So redeeming 17.1 million pounds worth of debt necessitated issuing 1.7bn shares.
