Chaz makes his first start for Brisbane Roar in a cup game. Looking sharp so far with a couple of great lay offs so far including an assist for the first goal.

He looks a bit fitter. Lasted 70 minutes and did well

I thought Charlie Austin played very well tonight.
Two lovely assists for his team mates to score.

Good to see he's playing with a Lofthouse...

Their floodlights are as bad as ours....

Why stop now, just when I'm hating it

Brisbane have quite an impressive stadium..but this is a cup game, away at the equivalent of Orient, or Wealdstone. Aussie residents can school me on my observations.

Boston you are spot on

Heidelberg would be the equivalent of a Wealdstone - basically they are 6th out of 14 in the National Premier League in Victoria which is a state based league - the level beneath the A-League

Not a great ground or big club

I watched probably about 60 mins in total. He was everywhere,.left wing, right wing, centre mid. I hope he's not going to fall into the trap of thinking he's above everyone's standard and has to go and assist further down the field. He won't get many goals from where he was playing last night.
