I like what he says, we all need to pull together and if it is Ainsworth reckon we will do just fine.

100% from Ollie.

As he says, the players need a rocket. And I think we all know where they need it!

So passionate wouldn’t be averse to getting Olly In as interim keeping us up then go for Gareth end of season

Poll: Now it’s slightly clearer cut who do you want as manager ?

Got to love Ollie. I would take him until the end of the season if GA falls through.

Well said Ollie!

In which case, you would not want to be a tasseled cushion in his house between now and May.

Jesus, forgotten what it was like having a manager who shows so much passion, he certainly doesn’t mince his words.

Calling out RD & IC made me laugh - no hiding or slacking under Ollie.

If Gareth decides he doesn't want the gig, how about Ollie with Derry and Clint assisting as a "dream team".

Glad to hear that the Swindon results still rankles him.

The passion and enthusiasm Ian Holloway has for QPR is why he will always be one of my QPR heroes.

I really don't get why some criticise him so much.

Good listen & Holloway is quite correct in what he says about players & leadership, like what he says about Gareth, the bloke is very passionate about this club & alway will be

Ollie was as passionate as ever, but, much more focused than he sometimes is. I enjoyed listening to that and it also makes me more optimistic about Gareth Ainsworth.

If ever a nail was hit on the head it is in that interview. Can we not just get Ollie in ? Even if it is from the other end of a computer screen ?

Pretty intense and honest interview there.
He must have been watching the QPR stream against Boro because Sinton kept saying Chair was getting roasted and not covering back at all.
Shame he called out Chair and Dickie instead of Roberts and the rest of the quiters though.
He sure loves his plants if that is his house but he does need the extra oxygen they provide with his passion .
QPR through and through have to admire that

I think he is right about Chair. He (Chair) gets a bit of a free pass because he is a good link play. However, it is fair to say that he has not been dedicating himself as well as he could to his defensive duties. This time last year he would dart back and would be more terrier like in his defensive duties.

He loves that story. Did he place it in the right season this time?

No, he didn't. I haven't watched all the interview but did see that bit and he said something on the lines of "the QPR team I played in who finished 5th in the Premier League, we lost twice to Swindon"...

I'm going to go round his house and make him watch that bloody season video.

He definitely gets his passion, commitment and general madness across as always.

Can imagine Les walking in on him giving Rob Dickie a bit of motivational water boarding.

"Get back to yerrr office Les, I'm in charrrge down 'ere..."
