All ours received after emailing the box office. They have been brilliant, just takes time. But yeah they do send to different people in the group so make sure everyone in your party checks not just the lead booker. | | | |

Same here too, my son ordered but I received them.
Very nearly deleted his as I assumed one was a duplicate as two emails received simultaneously.
