How do I post an image from the internet into my posts, comments etc? You just copy and paste (or type) the link into the text box. The link must start with http:// and mustn't have any other text immediately before or after it. To get the link, one way may be to click the image with the right mouse button and selecting 'Copy image location', 'Copy image address', 'Copy image url' or similar, depending on your browser. Make sure that no other text is immediately before or after it, and the image link must end in 'jpg', 'gif', or 'png' for the site to recognise that the link is an image.
For example, if you were to post it would automatically make that into the image shown to the right.

Note that there should be no other text either side of the link, and it must start ' https://www.youtube.com'.
I've never been able to do this, all I can do is youtube.

I’ve seen that. Still none the wiser. In fact probably more confused than ever. Have suggested pre-match ‘tutorials’ in the C&S before but clearly to no avail!

What, like this … El Niňo? Although it’s not as ‘curly’ as I’d hoped, I achieved it by tapping and holding the letter ‘n’ on my iPad. This gives you a number of other squiggly options and you just drag your finger across to the one you want. I appreciate that might make no sense whatsoever.

Google* the picture you want to post. Click on it and it will open a larger version. Right click on that and you will see a list of options. Choose 'copy image address'.
Then right click in your post/message and choose 'paste'. As long as the URL that you paste has .jpg at the end of it (or .png) you're good to go... And if you want to check first, click on Preview Post below your message and it will show you if it's worked....
